• Minor differences shall not be treated as defects.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on APSgifts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Taxes will be charged where applicable.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on location and delivery slot.
• Special occasion pricing may differ during festivals.

7. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email or SMS acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

APSgifts reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order.
• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
• Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Request additional verification if necessary.

8. Payments

APSgifts accepts payments through secure payment gateways.

• Wallets
• EMI (where available)

APSgifts does not store your payment credentials on its servers.

9. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated.

• Delivery depends on recipient availability.
• Weather and traffic conditions may affect delivery.
• Remote locations may require additional time.
• APSgifts shall make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries on time.

10. Same Day & Midnight Delivery

• Available only in selected cities.
• Orders must be placed before the applicable cut-off time.
• Midnight delivery is performed between 11:00 PM and 12:59 AM.
• Delivery timing may vary during peak festive periods.
• Incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients may result in delivery delays.

By placing a Same Day or Midnight Delivery order, the customer acknowledges these operational limitations.

11. Personalized Products

Personalized products are specially manufactured according to the customer's specifications and therefore require additional processing time.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photographs, messages, dates and personalization details.
• APSgifts shall not be responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
• Once production has started, personalized products cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
• Slight differences in print color, engraving or placement may occur due to manufacturing processes.

12. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are processed according to the APSgifts Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Orders cancelled before production or dispatch may be eligible for cancellation.
• Same Day Delivery orders generally cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• Midnight Delivery orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
• Festival and peak season orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
• Customized and personalized products are non-cancellable once production starts.

13. Return, Replacement & Refund

Since many APSgifts products are perishable or made-to-order, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Product materially different from the confirmed order.
• Verified manufacturing defect.

Customers should report any issue within the time specified in the Return & Refund Policy along with photographs and the Order ID.

14. Delivery Attempts

• Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout.
• If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt to contact them.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Orders may be marked as delivered when handed over to the recipient, family member, security guard or reception where applicable.

15. Recipient Responsibilities

• The recipient should be available at the delivery location.
• Correct address and mobile number should be provided.
• APSgifts shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Recipients should inspect the order upon delivery and report any issue promptly.

16. Product Substitution

Occasionally certain flowers, cakes, plants, gift items or packaging materials may become unavailable due to seasonal or regional constraints.

• Equivalent products of equal or higher value may be substituted.
• Color, wrapping and accessories may vary.
• Substitutions will be made while maintaining overall product quality and presentation.

17. Promotional Offers

• Offers are valid only for the specified duration.
• Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• APSgifts reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
• Fraudulent use of promotions may result in order cancellation.

18. Coupon Terms

• Coupons are applicable only on eligible products.
• Minimum order value conditions may apply.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• Expired coupons will not be accepted.
• Coupon discounts do not apply to taxes or delivery charges unless specified.
