For Personalized Product or Customization:

We would need the following details for customization of the product:

• Name or Text: Please provide the name, message, or text you would like to be personalized.
• Photo/Image: Upload a clear, high-quality photo if photo personalization is required.
• Customization Details: Mention any specific design, color, font, or personalization preferences.
• Special Message: Provide the exact message or wording you want to include on the product.
• Other Instructions: Share any additional customization requirements or special instructions.

You can upload your pictures for customization on the Order Confirmation page, which appears after proceeding to the payment section.

If you are unable to upload the image during the order process, you can share it with us through WhatsApp at 8882570131 or email it to support@apsgifts.com. Please mention your order number along with the image so that we can process your customization correctly.

Delivery and Shipping Information

We offer delivery across India, with most orders reaching the destination within 5–7 business days, subject to service availability at the local delivery station. Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather, regional conditions, holidays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and dispatch it as quickly as possible from our end. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, destination, and availability of local delivery services.

Some Information, You Should Know

• The product may be delivered before or after the selected delivery date, depending on courier service and local conditions.
• Cancellation is not accepted for this product once the order has been placed.
• Courier-shipped products are delivered separately from products delivered through our local or hand-delivery services.
• Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays or National Holidays.
• Courier partners may not call before delivery. Please provide an address where someone is available to receive the package.
• Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected.
• All courier orders are securely packed and dispatched from our warehouse to help ensure safe delivery.
• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
